About Conqur AI
Customer success is at the heart of everything we do. As our first Customer Success hire, you'll help shape not just how we support customers, but how we think about the entire customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new customers and guide them through getting started with Conqur AI
- Conduct product demos and training sessions to maximize customer value
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Gather feedback and work closely with product team on improvements
- Create documentation and help content to support customer success
- Rapidly adapt to new product features in our fast-iterating environment
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
- Resolve customer issues and technical support requests
- Act as customer advocate within the company
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in customer success or account management at B2B SaaS companies
- Comfortable with technical products and ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Experience in fast-moving startup environments
- Fast learner who quickly understands new products and features
- High performer who consistently exceeds customer expectations
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Data-driven approach to customer management
- Empathy and genuine care for customer success
